Overview of our Meadowpine Facility
Located in Mississauga, Ontario, just 30 minutes from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, we operate a modern and flexible manufacturing facility that is fully scalable, allowing us to meet our clients’ needs at every stage of the development process. Our 130,000 sq. ft. facility, which is comprised of new clean manufacturing, research and quality control laboratories and a cGMP warehouse, is built to U.S. FDA, EMEA and Health Canada standards for the aseptic handling and purification of proteins. The main production level contains processing suites ranging from pharmaceutical grade to Class 100 (Grade A).

Therapure Biopharma’s Facilities Team is led by Dr. Dirk Alkema, Vice President, Operations with support from Dr. Chris Talpas, Manager of Process Development & Technical Support and Bronco Simon, Manager, Facilities. This team is highly experienced and committed to providing effective, customized solutions for our clients.
